Content Development & Distribution of New Media
Gustavo leads programming and distribution for Mattel's celebrated portfolio of iconic brands on YouTube and YouTube Kids. Prior to his current role, he was part of the content strategy team where he defined distribution plans across linear and digital platforms. He initially joined the organization on the Boys IP global brand team.
Before joining Mattel, he held roles across marketing, digital, and brand management at Warner Brothers, Lionsgate, Creative Artists Agency (CAA), and Sears Holdings Corporation. At Sears he led the design and launch of The Kenmore Craftsman Brand Live Experience, a recording and production studio used to develop and produce branded video content.
Gustavo began his career at Barclays Capital, the investment banking division for Barclays Bank headquartered in London. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers College and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
