Managing Up, Down and Sideways

No one ever said that managing people is easy. And there’s no blueprint on how to manage up and work in harmony with your boss. Every manager must learn to create their own game plan to ensure success for their team, and at the same time, discover what it takes to make their relationship with their boss work to their advantage.

This course will discuss some guiding principles of managing a team that will help you be yourself but also get your team to perform at a high level. Being a great manager is a combination of many different skills and this course will get you steered in the right direction.
