I currently am the Executive Director at Mindshare leading media strategy and planning for American Express worldwide. Under my leadership, the agency has increased seen confidence, trust and has been invited to expand business with them, including incremental digital and analytics business in the top 6 markets. The core team dynamic is both collaborative and innovative as demonstrated by a retention rate of 85%, an all-time high.
For the last 20 years, I have brought a broad range of experience with a deep commitment to excellence, to create change and successful programs for every client. I have lead both Total Communications and Digital Strategy for Fortune 500 accounts around the world with the goal of transforming their partnerships, driving holistic functionality and creating teams who deliver results. From doubling digital billings for SMG on key P&G’s brands, to brand amplification with Cannes nominated works, I have been a critical part of teams at SMG, Mindshare, Team Detroit, PHD, GM Planworks and GM Mediaworks who are motivated to work hard and create industry recognized results. Within those agencies, I have managed strategy, planning and buying teams and progressive clients like P&G, Ford, BP, Jaguar, Land Rover, CVS, Discovery Communications, Chrysler/Fiat and General Motors.
I am an industry-nominated MCA Media Innovator, client-nominated Beacon Award winner, and a leader on the teams who won Advertiser of the Year – Ford, Effie Gold – Discovery, and Agency of the Year - Mindshare. In addition, I am committed to participating in the advertising community with advisory board appointments including Undertone, Pandora, DoubleClick, JD Power and was the former Presidential post of 313 Digital. To stay motivated and engaged, I mentor young professionals through AWNY, take Mandarin classes and attend Harvard Business School for further leadership education. I am a world traveler, fitness junkie and former speed skater.
