Don Lupo
Director of Content and Marketing
ThinkLA

Don Lupo is Director of Content and Marketing for ThinkLA. He is responsible for the promotion of the association and our members, brand consistency, and developing new member services.

He is a mentor in the ThinkLA Mentorship program and a founding member of the DIG (Diversity, Inclusion, and Gender) InitiativeDon was also the West Coast Co-Chair of the IPG MERGE Diversity Initiative.

Prior to joining the association, Don spent over 18 years in digital production for major brands including Volkswagen, Toyota, PlayStation, Activision, HTC, and Dole, among others. In the early days of the Web, Don helped develop the first web-based profitability comparison tool.

In addition to his role at ThinkLA, Don is a digital transformation consultant, assisting companies and agencies in establishing improved processes that turn their digital business into a profit center. He is also a professional photographer, providing individuals and companies with corporate portraiture and branding imagery. He has taught photography and web design at the college level. Don has won multiple local and national awards for editing, writing, and web design. He enjoys antique cameras, food, and movies. He was recently featured in a photographer profile on Emulsive.org.
