Who Should Attend?

Do you wish you could focus more? This class is for anyone who wants help focusing, and those looking to increase productivity.

Class Benefits:

  •  Learn strategies to avoid the endless cycle of shallow, reactive work in favor of deep, meaningful work - no matter your job role
  •  Defeat procrastination, burnout, and distraction by using the science of monotasking to your advantage
  •  Overcome the effects of stressful work environments by learning to create the conditions for your best work to happen (even in a distracting office)
  •  Test out these concepts in our 'work sprints' and walk away with less on your to-do-list (don't forget to bring your laptop!)

What to Expect:

It’s been called “The Productivity Paradox.” For all our technological innovations, worldwide productivity growth has remained stagnant or declined. We’re living in the age of distraction, where technology conspires against our best work. We’re unfocused, unhappy, and struggling to find time. That’s because no one ever taught us how to work.

Our entire lives, we’ve been assigned tasks and expected to figure out how to get them done. But in the age of distraction, the techniques we’ve subconsciously developed no longer work. The only way to achieve greatness is to learn the science of focus.

In this workshop, participants will be able to apply the principles of Caveday—our way of removing distractions and helping people push past resistance—to improve how they get work done.

Key Takeaways:

  •  An understanding of the science behind Multitasking, Monotasking, Deep Work, and Flow
  •  How getting control over Time, Definition, and Focus can help us get more out of each work day
  •  Simple tactics to do better work, in less time, with less stress
