Psychological Safety for Inclusive Cultures: In a diverse and inclusive workplace, each person needs to feel that they can be themselves. The feeling of psychological safety creates a team climate with interpersonal trust and mutual respect. The goal of DIG (Diversity, Inclusion & Gender Equality) is to educate the community and promote understanding by providing opportunities to learn from each other.

At this first DIG Safe Space event, attendees will learn:

  • Where psychological safety has been missing and its impact at the individual, team, and organizational level;
  • Discover a common, shared language for creating spaces of psychological safety with anyone, any time;
  • Embrace and navigate "difficult" conversations as access to an inclusive culture and impactful work;
  • Effectively communicate across different cultures and perspectives at your company;
  • Empower individuals with strategies to reduce harmful bias instead leverage the power of diversity and inclusion to support your company's goals.

We’re excited to have you onsite to support our upcoming event at FBLA Square! Facebook is dedicated to ensuring the health and safety of our employees and is taking precautionary steps to reduce the spread of COVID-19 across the Americas. To ensure we are doing everything we can, we are asking vendors to be mindful of any employees who have traveled to areas where COVID-19 is present. If you or any of your employees have visited China, South Korea, or Italy, we ask that these individuals refrain from coming onsite within (14) days of returning to the US. Please keep this in mind when selecting which staff will join us on campus to support our upcoming event.
