Media is no longer just numbers and profiles, but a creative discipline in itself. Explore the role of media planning in today’s agency environment and learn the key skills needed to succeed.

This class will cover the role of media planning in the advertising agency environment. We’ll go over traditional media planning vs. digital media planning, key vocabulary and terms used in this discipline, and how media planners work with other departments within the agency. The key skills needed to succeed in a media planning career will be reviewed. A case study will also be presented to demonstrate real-world application.

After the presentation, the floor will be open to questions from the class.
