Gustavo Alvarado currently oversees the global media strategies and deployment for Xbox Games Campaigns. He and his team focus on discovering effective and innovative ways to reach target audiences across the media landscape, by using strategies that include mobile, conversational marketing and offline media.

Gustavo joined Xbox in 2011. Since then he has worked on a variety of core campaigns, including Halo 4, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgment, Dance Central 2, Kinect Star Wars, Forza 4 and Forza Horizon. Most recently he was part of the Xbox One launch by managing the first party Xbox One titles at launch.

Prior to joining Xbox, Gustavo worked on the media agency side delivering media programs in traditional, multicultural and digital media for clients including Paramount, Nissan, Infiniti, Wal-Mart, etc.

Innovation in digital and emerging communications is Gustavo’s passion. He credits his teams for giving him the opportunity to work on ground-breaking campaigns. Gustavo’s campaigns have been the first in their industries to test the waters with new technologies and have also reaped the benefits. Those campaigns helped delivered great success for titles like Halo 4, Dead Rising 3 and Forza Horizon.

Gustavo regularly participate on panels at digital marketing events, and frequently attend technology events, like CES, OMMA, iMedia and E3, to educate himself so that he can bring engaging and new opportunities to his campaigns.
Nicole Alvino is the Co-Founder of SocialChorus, the leading Advocate Marketing Company. She is Head of Strategy and spends her days working with marketers to help them unleash the power of their customer, employee and partner advocates across social media using SocialChorus' technology. Prior to co-founding SocialChorus six years ago, she was the CEO and Founder of Dermalounge, a consumer skin health brand, with multiple Bay Area locations and a product line. She was an early adopter of social and advocate marketing to build her business before it was the norm. She has an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics and Japanese from Vanderbilt University. She lives with her husband and two young sons in San Francisco, has lived on four continents and traveled to over 60 countries.
Jeff Benjamin, former Partner and Chief Creative Officer at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, joined JWT in 2012 as Chief Creative Officer, NA.

During his career, Jeff has navigated clients through the interactive landscape with great success, creating some of the world’s most famous campaigns. His ability to lead multi-national marketers to break new ground opens up endless possibilities for brands.

The work Jeff has created for brands such as Domino's Pizza, Coke Zero, Microsoft, Kraft, and Best Buy are among the most successful marketing campaigns of all time.

Jeff has been recognized by every major industry award show, winning the Grand Prix at Cannes in 3 different categories, Best of Show at the One Show, and the Grand Clio at the Clio Awards. He served as the Cyber Jury President at Cannes in 2010, has been profiled in Fast Company and The New York Times, appeared in the ‘Creativity 50’ and is regularly called upon by television networks to comment on the state of the industry.
Sabine Cummins brings over 14 years of experience in digital media to her role as Vice President of Media at iCrossing. She leads the agency’s national display media practice, and also manages all central region media teams for clients such as Coca-Cola, Beam, and Firestone.

Prior to iCrossing, Sabine most recently worked as Media Director of the Central Region at Razorfish managing such accounts as JCPenney, Carnival Cruise Lines, Sleep Number, HSN and Bridgestone — inclusive of Display, Search and Analytics. She has worked at agencies such as Havas Digital, Draft Worldwide and Universal McCann and on great brands across Retail, Auto, Entertainment, QSR and Travel. She has earned multiple industry awards for integrated media and analytics efforts.

Sabine is also a supporter and active member of the Arts community, merging the science of marketing strategy and the art of story telling. She is on the board of directors for the Chicago-based company, WildClaw Theatre.
Chris Magpayo is a Senior Director within the Global Solutions organization at Visa. He oversees the Visa Offer Services API within the Offers and Loyalty Group: a suite of capabilities that empower Issuer, Merchant, and Independent Program Providers to provide Visa payment card-linked offers & rewards programs to their customers. These API’s enable Visa’s partners to deliver the right offer, at the right time, and through the right communication channel to enrolled cardholders with Visa’s real-time-messaging platform. In his first three years with Visa, Chris has led the successful development and deployment of Visa-enhanced card-linked offer programs with key partners in the online and mobile space.

Chris has more than 15 years of experience working in the digital media & product development space. He has managed a variety of award winning and trade recognized digital media and product integrations across the payments, consumer packaged goods, retail travel, automotive, and entertainment categories.

Prior to joining Visa, Chris was a Director of Emerging Product Solutions at Yahoo!, and also spent time at OMD, Saatchi & Saatchi Los Angeles, and Universal McCann working on digital media strategy and execution for several of their top clients.

Chris has an MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California, and a BA from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Bill Roden has had the privilege of working with great brands like Burger King, American Express, Turbo Tax, Coca-cola, Nike, Toyota, Activision, Yahoo, Audi, Volvo, VW and Domino’s over the past 19 years. He’s also been lucky to have worked alongside talented people to create TV shows, documentaries, a book, apps, autoracing events, clothing lines and other unconventional work at agencies like Wieden + Kennedy, Crispin, Porter + Bogusky, TBWA\Chiat\Day and Saatchi LA. Shane Snow is a New York City-based technology journalist and web entrepreneur. Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of Contently. He got my master's degree in journalism from Columbia University and writes for some cool places like Fast Company, WIRED, and Advertising Age.

In the past, He’s designed infogaphics for MTV, Gizmodo, and The United Nations, among others. And he’s a member of Sandbox Network, Young Entrepreneurs Council, and the Royal Society Of The Arts.
Some days, Dan Zelikman can be found surfing, climbing, or hiking off the beaten path. Most days, he is saved by rescue helicopter.

Before co-founding Mentalpez, Dan led community building and marketing efforts for (eBay founder) Pierre Omidyar's latest startup, Honolulu Civil Beat. Before that, Dan worked as the Director of Digital for Hawaii's largest and most prestigious advertising agency. There he designed and managed marketing campaigns for teams at Microsoft, Sprint, Marriott, and Farmers Insurance.
