David Kofi Owusu Osei - known by friends as Kofi and colleagues as David. An 11 year LA transplant, began at Viacom in sales, then on to Complex as a PM helping create ComplexCon and was a ComplexNews early talent. He's also been a PM and host of cooking shows at BuzzFeed. Since then he's worked in some cool places and learned from the industry's best. Currently he works as Biz Dev Lead and Producer at EighteenTwentySix the team behind many Coachella performances, 2023's F1 opening ceremony and Missy Elliott's recent tour. Music is a universal language that was his first love and he uses it as therapy and a way to create community worldwide.
