Wellness Wednesday: September Resources
Our mind and body by themselves are strong, but together, they are even stronger. The way we maintain their connection is by first having a healthy mind. We do this by giving our minds a rest when we feel overwhelmed, finding ways to calm our minds and clear our thoughts, processing our emotions so they don’t take over our lives, and reasserting confidence in ourselves. This past month, we spoke about ways to keep our minds strong, such as practicing meditation and saying our daily mantras, as well as knowing when it’s time to take a break and how to master de-stressing. If you connected with these topics, and want to continue learning more about practicing mental wellness, read below for more resources!
