How do I reset my password?
How do I find my invoices?
Log into your account and click on your profile image in the top right corner. Select "Home" from the dropdown menu. On the left-hand panel, click the wallet icon labeled “My Wallet.” There, you'll be able to view your full transaction history, including invoices and payment details.
Where is my event history?
To view your event history, go to your profile and click on "Home". On the left panel, click the calendar icon titled "Events". The first tab will display your registered events, including upcoming and past events. You can also choose to view all ThinkLA events.
How do I add my social channels to my profile?
To add your social channels, go to your profile and click on "My Settings". From there, you can connect your LinkedIn.
How do I mark a page as a favorite?
Browse to the page you would like to add to your favorites. Click on the grey star near the top of the page. Enter your desired page name, select a privacy option and click "Submit."

How do I hide my profile information?
Go to the Manage Profile dashboard by clicking here. If you are not already logged in, please do so. Once in the Manage Profile dashboard, click on the "Preferences" icon. Uncheck any fields you wish to hide from your profile.
Events
How do I register guests?
If guest registration is allowed, there will be an option to add an additional registrant during your registration process.
What is your cancellation policy?
To cancel an event registration and to receive a full refund you must contact our office no later than 3 business days prior to the event date at 5:00PM PDT. No refunds will be issued after this time period. Please contact events@ThinkLA.org for assistance.
