ThinkLA's first Diversity Summit was a resounding success, bringing together community leaders to focus on equity, inclusion, and diversity within the advertising, marketing, and media industries. The event was a call to action, with the community coming together to create a movement that would drive change within our community.

The Summit focused on three main pillars - Equity, Market, and Community. Through these pillars, ThinkLA provided a powerful platform for community leaders to come together and discuss where the industry stood in regards to inclusion and equity, both globally, nationally, and locally.

At the Diversity Summit, ThinkLA took on a new role - that of a thought leader and change agent. ThinkLA is committed to creating a movement that unifies, solidifies, and quantifies the LA advertising community's commitment to diversity and inclusion. By engaging our community to make these changes, we can become the stewards of progress.

As the Diversity Summit came to an end, there was a renewed sense of optimism and inspiration. Attendees left with a shared understanding that change can only happen when we come together as a community and commit to the work. The Diversity Summit was just the beginning, and ThinkLA is committed to continuing the work of building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable industry.
