On Nov. 6, 2025, industry leaders gathered at Spark Foundry for the ThinkLA Diversity Summit: From Representation to Action, an inspiring event that brought together 150 marketing and media professionals to explore pioneering diversity-driven innovation strategies for success in 2025. The summit moved beyond traditional conversations about representation to focus on actionable approaches that fuel creativity, growth, and measurable impact across the entertainment and marketing landscape.
The day featured compelling discussions across three key topic areas: Culture is Commerce: The Business of Diversity in Entertainment Marketing, Representation = Revenue: From Strategy to ROI, and Leading Change: Agency Perspectives on Diversity in Marketing. Fireside chats with industry innovators Asha Shivaji of SeeMe Index, and Tommy Johnson of OpenInfluence provided attendees with real-world insights into how diversity initiatives translate into business results.
